4th Street Hockey v3 Correct - Penalty Chart

There is an error in a portion of the first penalty table on the Penalty Chart.  The following replacement chart will be sent out with future board game or season orders.  The error occurs in Offensive PN Rating rows -1 x Defensive PN Rating columns +0 to +2, with ranges (shown below) of 1-9, 1-11, 1-13 (Row A) and 10-18, 12-18, and 14-18 (Row B).  The rest of the original chart is correct.
