4th Street Hockey v3 Update 1.1.23.3

Update 1.1.23.3 was released today for 4th Street Hockey v3.  The update includes new dice and rink files, an expanded area for the rink, new locations for several other controls (including the players in the penalty box, which are now positioned above the rink) for stream-lining purposes, and improved animation for skaters and the puck.
